Your card will be used to guarantee the booking and charged only if you fail to arrive at the apartment without previous cancellation.

Security Deposit

No security deposit is required. However, on arrival you will be asked for an imprint of your credit card upon arrival to cover any incidental expenses.

Cancellation Policy

Notice of cancellation must be received by writing 72 hours or more prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation charge equal to 1 night rental for stays of 1 to 6 nights, and 2 nights rental for stays of 7+ nights.
*Once in house if a guest wishes to shorten their stay no refund is given.
