Booking Procedure

Simply complete our Check Availability Form with your exact apartment requirements and let us come back to you. Further on the booking process you will need to supply your credit card details.

A deposit equivalent to one week is required to confirm your booking.

Payment

On arrival you will be asked for full prepayment at the rate you booked at and also for an imprint of your card to cover any incidental expenses.

Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Switch/Maestro are accepted. Please note there is a surcharge of 3.5% for American Express, 3% for Mastercard or Switch/Maestro and 2% for Visa.

During the summer period from 15 June to 15th September full balance of accommodation is required 30 days prior arrival date.

Check-in & Check-out Times

Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is at 12:00.

Reception is open 7 days a week from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Cancellation Policy

- Low Season: Cancellations must be notified at least 14 days before your date of arrival to avoid a cancellation charge equal to the total cost of the accommodation.

- High Season: Cancellations must be notified at least 30 days before your date of arrival to avoid a cancellation charge equal to the total cost of the stay.
