Simply complete our Check Availability Form with your exact apartment requirements and let us come back to you. Further on the booking process you will need to supply your credit card details.
The following charges apply in order to guarantee the reservation:
- For stays of less than 4 weeks, £300 is required.
- For stays of between 4 and 10 weeks, a charge equal to one weeks' stay is required.
- For stays of over 10 weeks a charge equal to two weeks' stay is required.
* Please note that a £3.7% surcharge applies to all payments made by American Express and a 3% surcharge for all other cards. Bank Transfer and cash is free.
You will be asked to pay the remaining balance on arrival.
On arrival you might be asked for an imprint of your card to cover any incidental expenses you may incur during your stay.
Check-in is from 2pm and check-out is at 11am
All keys to be collected from Reception at 11 Inverness Terrace.
Arrivals after 10pm must be arranged and a check-in fee will apply.
Please note that under certain circumstances you may be transferred to another of the following properties of equal or higher standard at no extra cost.
A fee will apply to all cancellations:
- For cancellations received 35 days or earlier before arrival, all charges are refunded but an administration fee of £50 applies.
- For cancellations received between 34 and 15 days before arrival, a cancellation charge of £300 applies.
- For cancellations received between 14 and 8 days before arrival, a £300 or 50% of the stay, whichever is greater, applies. If the total amount of a reservation is less than £300, 100% of the balance is charged.
- For cancellations received between 7 days or less before arrival, full amount will be charge.
