Booking Procedure

Simply complete our Check Availability Form with your exact apartment requirements and let us come back to you. Further on the booking process you will need to supply your credit card details.

Your card will be used to guarantee the booking and charged only if you fail to arrive at the apartment without previous cancellation.

Payment

For stays of between 1–13 nights, you will be asked for full payment on arrival.
For stays of between 14–30 nights, your card will be charged for the total amount prior to arrival.
For stays of over 30 nights, payment for the first month is due at the moment of the booking, and successive payments will be made monthly in advance.

Visa, MasterCard, Switch/Maestro and American Express are accepted.

*Please note there is a 2% surcharge for payments made with credit cards.

Security Deposit

For stays of between 1 - 13 nights, you will be asked on arrival for a pre-authorization of your card.
For stays of between 14 - 90 nights, a deposit of £250 will be held on arrival as a guarantee against any incidental expenses that you might incur during your stay.
For stays of over 91 nights, a deposit of £500 will be held on arrival as a guarantee against any incidental expenses that you might incur during would stay.

Check-in & Check-out Times

Check-in is from 2pm and check-out is at 11am.

Cancellation Policy

For stays of between 1-13 nights, cancellation must be notified 24 hours prior to the arrival date before 12pm in order to avoid a cancellation charge for 1 night.
For stays of between 14 to 30 nights stay, 7 nights notice before the arrival date is required to avoid a cancellation fee equal to 7 nights.
For stays of over 30 nights, 14 nights notice is required before the arrival date to avoid a cancellation fee equal to 14 nights.
