Booking Procedure

Simply complete our Check Availability Form with your exact apartment requirements and let us come back to you. Further on the booking process you will need to supply your credit card details in order to guarantee your reservation.

Payment

Your card will be used only to guarantee the booking and full payment will be requested on arrival.

Note there is a surcharge of 1.7% on Visa and Mastercard and a 4.2% for American Express. Payment can be also made by cash.

Security Deposit

On arrival an imprint of your credit card will be requested to cover any incidental expenses.

Check-in & Check-out Times

Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is at 11am.

Amendments

Please notice that the following charges will apply for amendments to the length of the stay:

£15 per night administration fee if received over 15 days before arrival.
1/3 of one night accommodation costs if received between 1 and 15 days before arrival.
£15 administration fee for any other amendments made.

Cancellation Policy

For stays of less than three weeks:

£15.00 administration fee if notified 30 days or more before arrival.
30% of the total accommodation costs if notified between 29 and 15 days before arrival.
50% of the total accommodation costs if notified between 14 and 4 days before arrival.
100% of the total accommodation costs if notified less than 4 days before arrival.

For bookings of more than two apartments OR for stays of three weeks and over:

30% of the total accommodation costs if notified 30 days or more before arrival.
100% of the total accommodation costs if notified 7 days or less before arrival.
