Booking Procedure

Simply complete our Check Availability Form with your exact apartment requirements and let us come back to you. Further on the booking process you will need to supply your credit card details to guarantee your reservation.

Payment Methods

For stays up to 6 nights your card will be used to guarantee the booking and charge only in case of no-show or late cancellation. Payment will be settled on arrival.
For stays of more than 7 nights, full payment is required 14 days prior to arrival.

American Express, Diners Club, Master Card, Switch/Maestro and Visa are accepted. Please note that there may be a surcharge if payment is by credit card.

Security Deposit

For stays up to 13 nights, a pre-authorization of your card will be required on arrival to cover any incidental expenses you might incur during your stay.
For stays of more than 14 nights, a deposit of £250 per apartment will be required on arrival.

Check-in & Check-out Times

Check-in time is at 3pm and check-out time is at 12 noon.

Cancellation Policy

For bookings made at standard rates, the following policy applies:
For stays up to 6 nights, cancellations must be notified before 12 noon on the day of arrival to avoid a cancellation fee of 1 night.
For stays of 7 nights or over, cancellations must be notified at least 14 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation fee equal to the total of the stay.
For stays of 20 nights or over, cancellations must be notified at least 28 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation fee equal to the total of the stay.
