Booking Procedure

Simply complete our Check Availability Form with your exact apartment requirements and let us come back to you. Further on the booking process you will need to supply your credit card details to guarantee your reservation.

* Please note that any booking of fewer than 7 nights is subject to a short let fee (50% of nightly rate excluding VAT) which will be added to the invoice.
These bookings are only accepted at least 7-10 days before the proposed arrival date.

Payment Methods

Full payment is required 1-2 weeks prior to the date of arrival. Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Diners are accepted on the return of a property credit card authorization form to be completed.

*Alternative methods of payment can be discussed.

Security Deposit

Between 1-7 days prior to arrival, a dilapidation deposit will be required. For bookings more than seven nights, £500.00 will be pre-authorized against the credit card used to secure the payment (unless alternative credit card is provided).

The deposit is returned to the guest credit card after departure subject to any outstanding incidentals or dilapidation charges that may be incurred during the guest's stay.

Check-in & Check-out Times

Check-in time is at 12 noon and check-out is at 10am.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation prior to tenancy is required in writing:

If the written notice is received less than 3 weeks from the commencement of the licence period the cancellation charge will be 100% of the total payment due under the agreement up to a maximum of 3 weeks.
If the written notice is received between 3 to 4 weeks from the commencement of the licence period the cancellation charge shall be 75% of the total payment due under the agreement up to a maximum of 3 weeks.
