On arrival you will be asked for full payment and also for an imprint of your card to cover any incidental expenses.
Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Switch/Maestro are accepted. Please note there is a surcharge of 3.5% for American Express, 3% for Mastercard and 2.5% for Visa.
During the summer period from 15 June to 15th September full balance of accommodation is required 30 days prior arrival date.
Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is at 12:00.
* Please note that the keys for the apartment must be collected from Mayfair House, 22-28 Shepherd Street W1J 7JH. Reception open from 9am to 10pm (24 hours on request)
Cancellations must be notified at least 14 days before your date of arrival to avoid a cancellation charge equal to the total cost of the accommodation.
