- Outside the Summer Period below, on arrival at the property you will be asked for full prepayment at the rate you booked at.
- During the Summer Period (from 1st June to 15th September ) there is a minimum of 4 weeks stay. One week non refundable deposit is required at the time of the booking to confirm the reservation and full prepayment of the remaining amount will be required 30 days prior to the arrival date.
*** Olympics Period
Olympics Period (from 20th July up to 15 September 2012) there is a minimum stay of 2 weeks and full prepayment (NON-REFUNDABLE) is required at the time of the booking in order to confirm it.
You can pay by cash (UK currency), credit / debit card, cheque or Bank transfer - the payments made by Bank transfer or cheque needs to be cleared in account at least 14 days prior to your arrival date (30 days during summer period).
Please note that payments made with a debit card from a UK bank will not attact any surcharge, but all other debit/credit cards will attract the following charges: 3.5% for American Express, 3% for MasterCard or Switch/Maestro and 2% for Visa.
On arrival you will be asked for a security / damages deposit. This is made by credit card authorisation transaction and will be cancelled following settlement of any outstanding account and after an inventory check has been made. An authorisation transaction is NOT DEBITED from the card holder’s account. The amount is held for a short period of time and is automatically cancelled. Please see below security deposit amount per apartment type:
One bedroom - £ 500.00
Standard Two bedrooms - £600.00
Superior Two bedrooms - £800.00
Standard Three bedrooms - £900.00
Superior Three bedrooms - £1,000
Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 12:00
Reception is open 7 days a week from 9a.m. to 10p.m. Out of these hours, check-in and key collection must be arranged.
- Arrivals between 22nd August to 31st May: Cancellations must be notified at least 14 days before your date of arrival to avoid a cancellation charge equal to the total cost of the accommodation.
- Arrivals between 1st June to 15th September: Cancellations must be notified at least 30 days before your date of arrival to avoid a cancellation charge equal to the total cost of the stay. Please note that the initial one week deposit taken to guarantee the reservation is non-refundable.
*** Olympics Period
During the Olympic period (from 20th July up to 15 September) full cost of the accommodation is charged at the time of the booking and this is non-refundable in case of cancellation.
