Your card will be used to guarantee the booking and charged only if you fail to arrive at the apartment without previous cancellation.

For stays between 25th July to 13th August 2012, there is a minimum stay of 7 nights and your card will be charged the total cost of the accommodation at the time of the booking. This is non-refundable, non- cancellable and and non changeable.
No security deposit is required. However, you will be asked for an imprint of your credit card upon arrival to cover any incidental expenses.
Check-in is from 2pm and check-out is by 10am
Notice of cancellation must be received by writing 72 or more prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation charge equal to 1 night rental for stays of 1 to 6 nights, and 2 nights rental for stays of 7+ nights.
*Once in house if a guest wishes to shorten their stay no refund is given.
