- For bookings made within 4 weeks of the arrival date, the total cost of the accommodation is charged at the time of the booking.
- For bookings made more than 4 weeks prior to arrival (Not aplicable between 1st June to 9th September 2012)
- Stays of 1-6 nights, a deposit equal to the first night's accommodation will be charged to your card at the time of the booking, and any outstanding balance (if any) will be paid on arrival.
- Stays of 7 nights or more, a 25% deposit will be charged to your card, and any outstanding balance will be paid on arrival.
For stays between 1st June to 9th September 2012, there is a minimum stay of 7 nights and your card will be charged the total cost of the accommodation at the time of the booking. This is non-refundable.
Payments by cash, bank transfer and credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard & American Express) are accepted.
- For stays of up to one month, a deposit of £200 will be taken.
- For stays over one month, a deposit of £500 will be taken.
Check-in is from 15:00 and check out is by 11:00
In accordance with the UK law, full identification is required for non UK residents (e.g. passport, photo ID) and some form of formal identification for UK residents (e.g. driving license).
- For stays of 1 to 3 nights, a minimum of 72 hours notice is required in writing in order to avoid a cancellation charge equal to 1 night accommodation cost. Not applicable between 1st June to 9th September 2012.
- For stays of 4 to 6 nights, a minimum of 72 hours notice is required in writing in order to avoid a cancellation charge equal to 2 nights accommodation cost. Not applicable between 1st June to 9th September 2012.
- For stays of 7 to 28 nights, a minimum of 14 days notice is required in writing in order to avoid a cancellation charge equal to 3 nights accommodation cost. Not applicable between 1st June to 9th September 2012.
- For stays of 29 to 60 nights, a minimum of28 days notice is required in writing in order to avoid a cancellation charge equal to 7 nights accommodation cost. Not applicable between 1st June to 9th September 2012.
- For stays over 60 nights, a minimum of 42 days notice is required in writing in order to avoid a cancellation charge equal to 7 nights accommodation cost. Not applicable between 1st June to 9th September 2012.
Note that cancellation policy above does not apply for summer season. For stays between 1st June to 9th September, full cost of accommodation will be charge in case of cancellation or shortening.
As lower rates are given for longer stays, the daily/weekly rate which was initially in place may increase if the booking is shortened, in accordance with our rates structure.
On the other hand, shortening of a booking cannot be used as a mean of levying part of the cancellation fee. Hence in instances where a booking is first shortened and then cancelled, an additional fee may apply.
A booking can be extended at all times subject to availability. Please note that discounts can only be applied based on the amount of days paid for at the time of your original reservation, hence an extension of a booking will be treated like a new reservation.
