Booking Procedure

Simply complete our Check Availability Form with your exact apartment requirements and let us come back to you. Further on the booking process you will need to supply your credit/debit card details to guarantee your reservation.

 
Payment

Your card details will be used just as a guarantee of the booking. A Tenancy Agreement will be sent to the card holder to be signed and returned within 2 days of the reservation being made.

After Tenancy Agreement has been received, your card will be charged a non-refundable deposit of 90 nights accommodation in order to fully confirm your booking.

For stays over 90 nights, a non-refundable deposit of 90 nights is required at the time of the booking and subsequent monthly payments will be due every month on the 15th day.

Please note there is a surcharge of 1.115% for payments made by Visa Credit or Mastercard and 3.5% for payments made by American Express. There is no surcharge for payments made by Visa Debit, Switch/Maestro or Diners Card. Bank Transfer can also been arranged upon request.

 
Security/damage Deposit

A security deposit of £250 is taken at the moment of the booking to cover against any incidental breakages or damages that may occur whilst occupying the apartment. This security deposit is refundable following settlement of any outstanding account and after an inventory check has been made on guest's departure.

 
Check-in And Check-out Times

Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 12:00

 
Cancellation Policy

Notice of cancellation must be received in writing 30 days prior to arrival to avoid a charge equal to the total accommodation cost.

Note that once the Tenancy Agreement is signed, the sum equal to the first 90 nights is not refundable in case of cancellation.

 
Shortening & Extension Of A Booking30 Days written notice is required for shortening and extensions. As lower rates are given for longer stays, the daily/weekly rate which was initially in place may increase if the booking is shortened. A booking can be extended at all times subject to availability. Please note that discounts can only be applied based on the amount of days paid for at the time of your original reservation, hence an extension of a booking will be treated like a new reservation.
